Registration Guidelines
Instruction for the Authors of Accepted Papers

Following documents are required to include your paper in Conference Proceedings and Publication.

  • Camera Ready Source File (MS Word file).
  • Camera Ready paper (pdf file).
  • Copyright Form duly completed and signed.
  • Scanned copy of DD / E- receipt of Fund Transfer.

Note: All the aforementioned documents should be sent via Email

Steps to prepare aforementioned documents
Document 1: Prepare the Camera ready paper as per given templet.

The paper length should not exceed 8 pages.
Document 2: Please prepare the PDF format of document 1.
Check whether all the images and equations are visible.
Document 3: Fill the copyright form completely and send the scanned copy in pdf format.

Document 4: Send the E-Receipt of Online fund transfer in pdf/image format.
Note: Minimum one registration is mandatory for the paper to be the part of proceedings and publication. All the authors will get individual certificates with one conference kit.

Presentation Schedule:

A detailed schedule indicating the time slot for each paper presentation will be displayed on the conference homepage and it will also be shared a week before the conference via Email. Authors are advised to strictly follow the timelines given.

Each Presenter will get 15 Minutes to do their Presentation (PPT is Recommended with no specific template and slide limitations).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

After registration, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
