SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

ICICNIS accept the high-quality submissions describing the novel and unpublished results of conceptual, experimental and theoretical work or research on any one of the topic areas mentioned in Call for Papers. Submission of a manuscript to ICICNIS 2022 implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Submission Method

Submit your full paper via email or easychair.

 

The criteria to be considered for submitting your paper to ICICNIS 2022 are:

  1. LANGUAGE

The text should be in English, American or British usage is accepted

Authors should avoid grammar and typographical/spelling problems and adhere to standard publication quality.

 

 

  1. LENGTH, FORMATTING & PAPER STRUCTURE

Submit a manuscript with 12-15 pages by the due date advertised in conference home page

  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Purpose/Objectives
  • Methodology/Approach
  • Findings/Results
  • Conclusion/Future research direction
  • Acknowledgements (when required)
  • References

 

  1. ORIGINALITY

Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.

The paper must be written clearly and legibly, including all the figures and tables.

 

Review and Notification of Acceptance

  • To ensure a high-quality conference, all submissions will be assessed by the conference chair/program committee for technical merit and suitability to conference theme.
  • All abstracts will go through a peer-review carried out by reviewers selected by the conference program committee.
  • All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind review process.
  • Papers that do not conform to our submission criteria will be rejected without review.
  • The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the conference Email: icicnis.conf@gmail.com

 

Academic Ethics

Articles submitted to the conference should report original and previously unpublished findings. Following the ethical conduct is very critical in the academic world. Hence, any act of plagiarism cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the submission and publication will be automatically dismissed at any stage.
